We do not offer exchanges or refunds. However, if there is an issue with your purchase, please reach out to our store so we can work with you.

Shipping & Delivery

NOTE: We have no control over how long it will take USPS or any other shipper to get an item to you. Once it leaves our location all we can do is provide a tracking number. If you desire a different form of shipping than what the checkout offers, please wait on placing the order and reach out to us. We will see what we can find that may fit your needs and provide pricing.

Please make sure you allot enough time for a package to arrive. If you have any questions please write the store (not the Facebook account) for quickest resolution. Some items are handmade after the time of sale due to personalization or choosing options. Please ask ahead of time if you need an item expedited and we will give you an estimate on when it should be ready for mailing.
